HPG Press Liaison Center announced that guerrillas organized actions against the occupying Turkish army within the scope of Martyr Bager and Martyr Ronya Revolutionary Assault in Media Defense Areas.

Within the scope of the Martyr Bager and Martyr Ronya Revolutionary Assault in the Media Defense Areas, our forces organized actions against the invading Turkish army. The details of the actions taken by our forces, which hit the invaders heavily, are as follows:
On 23 June, a unit of the occupying Turkish army in the Tepê Xwedê area of the Avaşin region was taken under observation by our forces. This enemy unit, which was under observation for a long time, was effectively shot at 14.20. 5 soldiers were killed and 5 soldiers were wounded in this action where the position of the enemy unit was destroyed.
The occupying Turkish army bombed the surrounding areas with howitzers, mortars and tanks. Our unit organizing the action has reached the base areas in a solid way.
On 24 June (today) at about 2:00 am, our forces carried out an assassination attempt against the unity of the Turkish army occupying the Martyr Sarya Hill in the Xakurkê region. 1 soldier was killed as a result of this action.
2. On 24 June (today) at 08.00, our forces organized action against the troops of the invading Turkish army in the Stuna area of the Çelca district of Hakkâri. The enemy troops who tried to secure the road to Stuna Hill became the target of our forces in the Zavite Strait. Two soldiers were killed in this enemy unit, which was effectively shot.
