While the full results of the elections are yet to be officially declared, it has become clear that Imamoglu has won the race by far. The vote gap between the two leading parties, CHP and AKP which was 13,000 in the previous elections stands at 697,482 at the reelections.
At 96.3% of opened ballots, Imamoglu of CHP stands at 53.8%, while Binali of AKP stands at 45.3%.
