YJA-Star guerilla Kevser Eltürk (Ekin Wan) was martyred in the clashes in Gimgim district of Muş on 10 August and later his body was tortured. The house of Ekin Wan was raided three days ago and his mother Delal Eltürk was detained.
The reason for Delal being taken into custody was because of a photo taken with her daughter Ekin, 6 years ago. Delal was referred to the occupying courts after the statement of the occupying prosecutor’s office. Delal’s arrest was demanded under suspicions of being part of an illegal organization.
Today, the court decided to release Delal.
