The occupying Turkish army announced on June 16 that it launched an airforce operation in the region between the Hezex and Kerboran districts.
Quickly, the region was bombed by Turkish warplanes. Due to the heavy bombardments by the invading Turkish army, two civilians were killed.
Abdulsamet Akgül and Ramazan Toksoy, who were registered to the population of Bostanlı (Wersikê), were killed in one of the rural neighborhoods of Kerboran district.
The funerals of Ramazan Toksoy and Abdulsamet Akgül, father of 5 children, were taken by their families late last night and buried under intense security measures.
