BEHDİNAN
On the night of May 26th to May 27th, the genocidal Turkish state carried out an occupation attack on Xakurke. This attack is still going on. According to the officials of the Ministry of National Defense of the Republic of Turkey, the invasion took place on the day that Iraqi President Berhem Saleh was in Ankara and Nechirvan Barzani was elected as the Head of Regional Administration.
According to local sources, some of the collaborators from Bashure Kurdistan were also involved in the invasion. In the second week of the occupation attack, dozens of soldiers and village guards and killed, whilst guerrillas have been martyred and wounded.
The Xakurke invasion of the genocidal Turkish state did not begin on the night of May 26th. It started mainly in the first months of 2018 and even as far back as December 2017. It has been continuing since then. The Turkish state first carried out the occupation of Xakurke, which was within the borders of Basuré Kurdistan.
In the first months of 2018, it expanded further into Xakurke’s occupation area. Now, they have intensified their attacks in order to expand and create a security line around it. This occupation attack launched by the Turkish state in the last days of 2017 was carried out with the knowledge and approval of the Bashure Kurdistan regional government. When these invasion attacks began, Erdoğan personally issued a statement that he gave “Two Billion Dollars” to Massoud Barzani, these claims have not yet been announced as false, confirming our view.
In fact, the Turkish state’s invasion of Basuré Kurdistan did not begin with Xakurke. It was put into practice in the mid-1990s. The policy of pushing the Kurdistan Freedom and Democracy movement and its guerrilla power into the borders of Bashure Kurdistan played an important role here.
This framework started in 1994; they established open military occupation bases on a wide range from Haftanin to Şeladizé. Towards the end of 2017, they took action to make these occupation bases more widespread towards Barzan and Xakurke. The occupation attack that they launched on the night of May 26, 2019, was a ring added to this chain of occupation operations.
Undoubtedly, this occupation attack launched by the Turkish state in Xakurke has a direct connection with the project of invasion of Rojava and Bashure Kurdistan. In Rojava, the geography starting with Efrin called Bat West of the Euphrates, and the relationship between this project and the fact that they wanted to take control of the line starting from Xakurke, which is the border to Rojhelat Kurdistan, to Zaxo. it is clear.
With the geography called bat west of the Euphrates ile and the completion of these invasion attacks in Basuré Kurdistan, it is thought that the easier occupation of Rojava Kurdistan, called arasında east of Euphrates kalan between the Euphrates and the Tigris, will be realized.
It is clear that the genocidal state of the Republic of Turkey has implemented the occupation plan for Bashur and Rojava, Kurdistan in this way. And this fact is seen by everyone. Of course, this invasion attack has a direct relationship with the election of the Mayor of the AKP-MHP fascist bloc, which holds the monopoly of power today, on May 23, 2019. This is not incomprehensible. Previously, the AKP-MHP fascist bloc-like policies had been put into practice. In 2018, this was also the case when Efrin invasion attacks were launched. At that time, a preparation for the June 24 parliamentary and presidential elections had started. If they could invade Efrin, they were guaranteed to win the election. Now they want to achieve a similar result. They think that if they can achieve their goals in Xakurke, they will be able to win the Mayorship of Istanbul on June 23rd.
It is no secret how the AKP-MHP fascist bloc “won 24 the June 24, 2018 elections. In fact, the AKP-MHP fascist bloc did not win the June 24 elections. He did. As on March 31, 2019, Local Elections, the opposition forces, which included a wide spectrum opposing the AKP-MHP fascist bloc, won the June 24 elections.
However, these groups could not handle the support given to them by the public. In a way, they were played by the games of the AKP-MHP fascist bloc. As a result, they were satisfied with their deputies. However, had they handled the support that had been given to them, Turkey would have been different today; they were encouraged by the fascist dictatorship. This reality also constitutes the reason for the decision of the SBE to be renewed by voiding the result of the Istanbul Mayor elections on 31 March. The same policy was introduced in June 7, 2015, General Elections. At that time, the AKP fascist dictatorship had lost its seat of power. Those whose interests were in favor of democracy had won. At that time, however, these forces could not maintain their gains. The AKP-MHP fascist bloc went to an election again on 1 November 2015, ignoring the June 7 election results. But between June 7 and November 1, they turned Bakuré Kurdistan into a bloodbath under occupation attacks.
The AKP-MHP fascist bloc has launched a similar policy before the Mayor elections in Istanbul on June 23rd. He wanted to turn this into an investment to win the mayorship of Istanbul. From the night that connects May 26 to May 27, they are in search of this in Xakurke.
At this stage, they cannot make any progress. They were limited to a certain narrow area. Reconnaissance and combat aircraft, helicopters, howitzers, and cannons can stay where they are being used; but they cannot go beyond that. Not only that. The reaction of the inhabitants of both tribes to the inhabitants of the Bradost region is increasing despite all the efforts of the collaborating forces to prevent them. So much so, as before in Bamerni, Şeladizé; In Bradost they fear that the anger of the people will turn into an explosion.
In this aspect, they call it ‘Claw’; The occupation attack that started on the night that connects May 26 to May 27, has become such a fiasco in its third week.
