Head of Public Defense Headquarters, Bahoz Erdal has made important evaluations on a Sterk TV programme.
Bahoz Erdal said that since 2015, the AKP-MHP government has started a new war in Kurdistan, and that in many ways an attack has been developed against the people and the public. Erdal emphasized that this was done within a new concept. When they evaluate the process as of 2019, Erdal said that there has been a great resistance against the brutal attack and politics of the Turkish state.
Erdal said that especially in the past 4 years, the people have suffered great pain, paid great prices, and reminded that their villages and cities were burned. However, the resistance was a historical resistance. We can say that the Erdoğan-Bahçeli concept was not successful because of it.
Head of the People’s Defense Center Headquarters Bahoz Erdal, said that the Turkish state is not successful in the military field, Kurdistan freedom guerrillas in Southern and Northern Kurdistan, are successfully defending their trenches. Erdal stated that the power of the Kurdistan guerilla is always growing and they have showed great resistance and determination when necessary.
THEY ARE RENEWED, SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY
Referring to the results of Kurdistan and in the framework of local elections in Turkey Erdal said: “The last election was a major defeat for the ruling AKP-MHP. After that, the legitimacy of the AKP-MHP is questioned.
Kurds have sought to break the political power and choice in the sense that on this basis Turkey’s politicians are giving themselves as saviors, they wanted to break the Kurdish forces. Their purpose was to extend their power in this way. But they suffered political defeat. Most importantly, they were economically defeated.”

Erdal said Turkey is in a major economic crisis, but some circles are voiced by expressing its own assessment of this crisis is wrong: “War policy towards Kurdistan brought Turkey to this situation. Dr. Bahoz drew attention to the war in the Middle East, he said: ’The Middle East is in a war. There is no country in the middle east where there isn’t war. It is seen that this war will not end soon. For this reason, the guerrillas of Kurdistan are preparing themselves for a long-term war. It prepares it’s strategy and tactics accordingly. It prepares new construction, war style and education for a long-term and comprehensive war, and this is a must. Because the entire region and Kurdistan is in a great war. It is not possible for those who cannot predict the future and are not prepared accordingly. For this reason, the Kurdistan freedom guerrilla does not think in the short term. It fought in the past three years to defeat the politics of occupation meanwhile rebuilding itself. “
WE LIVE WITH OUR HONOUR, OR WE WILL BE SLAVES
Erdal also spoke about the preparations of the guerrilla, ”We can describe the guerrilla preparations as follows; The preparations for this spring showed that the guerrilla renewed itself. If the guerrilla can use its tactics effectively, it can disrupt the technology of invasion, hit big blows, and draw into a crisis.
The people of Northern Kurdistan should prepare themselves for great, long-term resistance and war. Our people should not fall into a peace expectancy. Because all of the Middle East and people living in this region live in this war.
For this reason, we must prepare ourselves for a great resistance and a violent war. We must not be afraid of this war and resistance. We will either live on our own honor or condemn ourselves to thousands of years of slavery. Our people are committed now and they are not hesitant.
