In Greece’s capital, Athens, a North Kurdistan-Turkey Cooperation Platform held a commemoration for the Martyrs of May. The event which was held at the National Technical University, was attended by hundreds of people.
The commemoration started with the reading of the platform message. The message pointed out the ongoing hunger strike and the death fast and the emphasis was on the struggle of the martyrs. After the message of the ‘Martyrs of May of the United Revolution Movement of the peoples’ was read, a video was shown about those who were martyred in the Freedom Struggle. The event ended with commemorative music and slogans.
